I am big on Gratitude. It keeps me in abundance. Concentration on what I have to be grateful for is so much better than concentration on what I don't have. I recently subscribed to a wonderful website by "TheGratidudes". I received this email this morning and wanted to spread the word. Enjoy!
Throughout your life you have been faced with, and will continue to face challenges. Some of those challenges may have come from a challenging home environment or a really bad break-up. Some may have been through a loss of money or material possessions. Look where you are at in your life right now. Are you hanging onto the pain from your past or are you focused on the gratitude for those experiences and moving forward with your life?
The challenges we have faced are the key to unlocking our destiny. The more gratitude that we can feel for them the more we are able to reveal the reason why we attracted them to us. This doesn't mean that you don't experience the emotions around it. Negative and positive emotions are emotions moving through the body and we have the pleasure of being able to experience them all.
Reverend Michael Bernard Beckwith, of Agape Spiritual Center said something very powerful one evening. He said, "When we have a vision, the Universe puts us through the challenges that best serve us, so that we may vibrationally align with that vision." Basically, what he's saying is that our challenges are really actually blessings that help us become the person and leader who we aspire to be in order to fulfill our vision. It is up to you to find the gratitude in every situation and learn the lessons that the Universe has made available to you.
Scientific research has shown how beautiful water crystals become when exposed to the "vibration of gratitude." Your healing and revealing is guaranteed when you practice gratitude for the experiences in life that at the time, seemed painful and denied you of positive experiences. You can shape yourself to be someone who always holds on to their pain. Or you can feel the gratitude for the lessons that the painful experiences brought to your life and move forward positively.
